All of these clips were recorded with the master set fairly low. The  exceptions were the "clean" clips, where I had to turn it up to get the headroom.  Unless noted otherwise, a mid-seventies Marshall 4-12 cab was used, utilizing Celestion Greenbacks.

[ Marshall 1987x 50-watt ]           - Marshall 1987x plexi reissue modded to sound similar to this Betts Toler Video
                                                          in cleaner settings, and thick Mod I in hotter settings. Guitars are a Les Paul
                                                          for the first part, and a strat with a single coil in the neck and a humbucker
                                                          in the bridge for the rest.

[ Marshall 1987x 50-watt ]               - Marshall 1987x modded for Studio 58A in Italy. Using only two push/pull
                                                               switches, this amp was modded to have classic Marshall tones, as well as
                                                               Mod/Rework I tones. The first part of the clip uses a Les Paul w/ PRS 8s for                                                                          the more classic sounds, the second half uses a Strat w/ a Duncan '78 in the                                                                        bridge for the Mod/Rework I tones.

                                                         is a Les Paul w/ PRS 8s. There is an MXR Flanger between the guitar and
                                                         amp for the first clip.
[ Marshall 1987x Plexi Mod I ]   -  Same amp as above, guitar is Strat copy w/ Duncan '78 in the bridge


[ Marshall "Bluesbreaker" Reissue Mod I ]  -  Marshall "Bluesbreaker" reissue 2-12 combo w/ Mod/Rework I. Has
                                                                          EL34s, as well as Avatar Speakers Hellatone 30s installed. Guitar
                                                                          is a Les Paul w/ PRS 8s. Vintage/Hot switch set in "Vintage" mode.
[ Marshall "Bluesbreaker" Reissue Mod I ]  -  Same amp as above, only controls set for more highs and gain.

                                                                          set in "Hot" mode.

[ Marshall 1987x 50-watt plexi reissue ]  -  Marshall 1987x Plexi Reissue Mod I, set up for classic Marshall tones,
                                                                         as well as hotter Mod/Rework I tones. Guitars are a Les Paul w/ PRS 8s,
                                                                         and a Strat copy w/ Duncan '78 in the bridge.

[ Marshall 1959HW Mod III ]      - Marshall 1959HW 100-watt handwired plexi w/ Bray Mod/Rework III, Strat w/
                                                      Duncan EVH pickup in the bridge. Right side has some ambient room mic added.
                                                      During the recording, I toggled the Gain Boost footswitch ON and OFF.
                                               
[ Marshall 1987x Reissue Mod III ]  -  Marshall 50-watt 1987x Plexi RI w/ Mod/Rework III, Strat w/

[ Clark Beaufort 1-12 Combo ]  -  Clark Beaufort 1-12 combo...remake of the famous Fender 5E3 tweed
                                                         Deluxe. Client wanted more gain and tightness, yet still wanted to
                                                         keep the "tweed vibe" happening. A very well-built amp..using 1 12"
                                                         Celestion Alnico Blue. A Les Paul w/ PRS 8s was used. Check out the
                                                         sweet "ghosting" right near the end.

                                                              a Marshall JTM45 reissue with Bray Mod/Re-work, using Winged "C" SED 6L6GC                                                                   in the output section, as well as a 5AR4 rectifier and the stock Marshall
                                                              preamp tubes.
[ JTM45 Mod/Re-work ]                    - Same amp and guitar as above, except Gain Boost installed on push/pull
                                                              pot is set to "ON"


[ Bray Mod II ]                                    - Strat copy, Seymour Duncan '78 in bridge, Marshall Plexi Reissue 50-watt
